The behavior you described (randomly logging out) is documented here:

Getting randomly logged out of Atlassian Cloud

This can be caused by a cookie added by the "remember me" option. You can try to clear your browser cache and then try logging in again.

If you do not want to do that right at the start, you can check if the behavior is present in another browser or in a private/incognito window of your current browser.

Since it has been a few days since you reported this, I would like to understand a few things:

1. Is this still affecting you?
2. Is there someone else who is also facing this?
