Can't paste an image from clipboard

Hello,

I'm suffering an problem that I can't paste an image from clipboard.

After paste the image, save it, it just said 'it's a broken image'. I use Korean and don't know exact sentence in English. I'm using confluence server version 6.8.1

I tried to copy the page, make new page and paste the contents from the previous page, but nothing works.

Please let me know if somebody have any idea.

Hello JESuh,

I'm not a technician, but why don't you download the image to your computer and use the "Files & images" function within Confluence's editor?

If you can't download it, use any screenshot app (watch the image's copyright).

If the image is "broken", try open it with any image editor and see what happens. If it can be opened, try to save it under a different format, then upload/insert it again using your Confluence editor.
