Hi, everyone!

I need to compare versions of my wiki periodically. To do this I need to save versions of wiki. When I try to do this, I get an error "page tree copied but new page id not found" (screen attached).

Has anyone faced this problem? Why does the error occur? How to solve it?

Thanks in advance!

Hello there @Можевитин Михаил Михайлович \ Mikhail Mozhevitin!

As I see it, you need to compare page versions but is facing some issues. What I find strange is that the message you shared with us suggests that you are using a third party app such as "Copy Page Tree":

Currently, the feature to copy page trees is under our existing Suggestions:

Now, if we need to compare different page versions, Confluence is capable of doing so:

Having said that, I would like to understand more of your current workflow. Here are my questions:

  1. What are the steps needed for you to reach this message?
  2. What is the final objective of your workflow?
  3. Do you use third party applications in your workflow?
  4. Is this happening with any page that you try to apply your workflow?

Let us hear from you!
