Can't update or run Cloud Migration Assistant for Confluence

When I try and update this app, all I get is "An error occurred during installation. Refer to the logs for more information.".

 

I have no idea what logs it's talking about, none of the log files in the logs directory have anything at all to do with this app being updated.

Any advice?

Is it possible to do manually somehow ?

Essentially fixed by increasing DB limits - packet size and iblogfile size

@Max_Snow what was your config? I have the same issue, but cant get it fixed

Sorry @webenginenl I don't remember and that server doesn't exist anymore, but I would suggest just keep increasing until they work. I think my iblogfile was several GBs in size.

I have the same issue. increasing the DB limits did not work.
