Can we display service desk portals in Confluence pages.

We are looking a way to display service desk portal forms in a Confluence Page.

We have an add-on called Raley Intake forms  for Jira, that gives us an option to display forms in a Confluence page.

If a user submits a ticket using the form, Jira ticket is created in respective project.

Likewise, we are looking for a way to display JSD portal forms in a Confluence page. So that we get a chance to describe about the fields and forms more informatively, as there is no option to have hover text or ghost text in portal view. ( I know there is a field for description for both forms and fields in portal view, but we are looking for a better way)

I do not see how as the interaction of JSD and Confluence is on Knowledge Base.
