Can we have multi-lingual text support in confluence wiki - cloud?

On Confluence Cloud deployments, best way to do this is creating separate space/page for each language and providing anchor links to each language at the top of the page for easy navigation.

Currently there is no support of recognizing users language and getting him to appropriate language page.
