Yes, you can
It is no different to "Create Jira issue" - https://wiki.vertuna.com/display/CONFIFORMS/Configuring+ConfiForms+IFTTT+actions+and+rules#ConfiguringConfiFormsIFTTTactionsandrules-CreateJiraIssue
Just the values should be taken directly from the Jira issue
That is possible if your form has a JIra field (ConfiForms field type) and this way you will need to access values of an existing issue and use them in the mappings (to create another Jira issue) - https://wiki.vertuna.com/display/CONFIFORMS/Accessing+Jira+issue+fields+directly+from+ConfiForms+using+Jira+issue+field

quick question is there a video demo for this? As I did the form but I am having a hard time with the Json format. If there is, it will really guide me to see where I went wrong.

Here is a quick demo
Basically a visual for what I was trying to explain in my previous comment here.
Of course, the JSON depends on the configuration of your project and this is just a simplified example.
With general JSON structure you can use the Jira Helper that we have in the IFTTT macro (you can see it also briefly in the demo (although I am not using it here))

Can you explain your use case a little more? Do you have a Jira macro on a Confluence page, and users who don't have Jira licenses are wanting to clone the issue? Since issues can be cloned within Jira, what does moving the action to Confluence simplify for you?

I wanted to created a form using confiforms to clone existing Jira tickets. I was wondering if there is an example I can use for this. It would just help us to organize the tickets when we finish every sprint.
