Can we make the Project overview page editable ? I have one user query reporting the issue for the Project overview page has become static for the user. the Project content is accessible under different pages. But the project overview page (Banner page) which was editable earlier is not the same now.
The user is part of Group administrators so should have full control of the project pages. But user is facing the issue as mentioned above. Can someone help on this ?
Is there any email address for Atlassian support to contact ?
Hello Pranav,
Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's nice to have you join us.
I believe you're referring to the spaces in Confluence which were created via project creation in Jira, is that correct? Is the "banner" page you refer to the space overview page itself, or is there a specific banner you need to edit?
This page should be editable, as long as the user has permissions like @Andrew Morin mentioned. However, I don't see why it would say static for one user and not others.
If you are encountering any issues with this, it's best to raise it with your Cloud site admin. They can have a look and see what the issue is, and if there's any problem at all, they can report it to the Cloud Support Team.
To answer your question, there is no support email; we use a Service Desk to log tickets. The Service Desk checks that you're the eligible party to submit support tickets. For more details on that, see Eligibility for Support Tickets for Atlassian Cloud.
I hope this makes things clear, but let me know if you have any questions about that.

@Shannon S Thanks for the detailed help. Yes, you are right. I am referring to the overview#!spacehome page of the Project. There is a banner for relevant content which is not editable. I have not checked the permissions of that particular user to Edit the homepage but the user is part of the administrators group of that project. So ideally user should have access to that.
Need to check if the permission is only for selected users or not. I will raise this to SD if I could not find any blockage in terms of permission.

@Shannon S In addition to above it gives an error message as " You have an Invalid License " which was not appearing before. What does that mean ?

Hi Pranav,
Do you know if there's an add-on that's providing the functionality of the banner you're referring to?
It's possible that on that overview page, there's a banner that's displayed by a 3rd party macro, and perhaps the license for that add-on is expired. If you can edit the page itself, but not the banner, then I would say this is likely the case.
Do you have an image you can share of what that looks like?

@Shannon S please refer to the image. I face the same issue on my system. I have no idea about the add on. Where to check this ? Please let me know more about this.

Make sure there aren't any page restrictions set.
