We have a document that gets updated every month.
We'd like to assign a different team member to own updating the document each month.
We have a page and have assigned a different person for each month along with the due date.
Question: Can we also schedule reminders to remind upcoming owners that their turn is coming?
Thank you!
Hi Dena,
As far as I know, there are no built-in tools to set reminders in Confluence. You can try our Handy Macros app, that includes the Handy Reminder macro. You can set the recurring reminder and select any user as a recipient. The app also includes a bundle of useful macros and extensions for Confluence.
Not sure you can do that in Confluence on its own, we have confluence pages linked to JIRA issues and use JIRA to send reminders and rotate who is assigned to update a page in JIRA using automation for JIRA (its picks from a round robin group).
