Cannot create a new Confluence cloud account with my domain

I cannot create a new confluence instance for my domain. Previously I connected it to another instance with Confluence, Jira, and Stride.

I have

* removed the IDs with the domain name

* removed the DNS pointer to atlassian for the domain name 

* removed the organization domain for the domain name

How do I get t this thing to work?
