Cannot upload any images as a space logo

Mark Raymond February 24, 2022

When I upload any image of any format to update a space logo, I get this error message:
space-logo.png
I have tried JPEG, GIF, and PNG, none of them work.

So, it turned out we had an incorrect CSP (content security policy) set on our Confluence site that was blocking the upload. Our IT team has now fixed this.

Hi @Mark Raymond ,

Welcome to Atlassian community.

That's a strange error and can only happen if the image file extension is some how corrupted or the image itself is corrupt.

Which version of confluence is this?

Can you send me the image file here , so that I will test in my instance and update you.

Anything interesting in the logs ??

Thanks,

Srinath T

I believe we are using Confluence 7.4.14. This error happens with all images, I've tried at least a dozen now from different sources. I don't think I have access to the logs, but I could ask our IT team.
