Cant back up XML

Nothing happens it just hangs. I get nothing in my log and nothing in exports.

IM in a live migration to new DB and oS. this worked wed.

My heap size is set to 8 GB

Hi @Todd P Maugh ,

Look for the <Confluence_home_directory> ---> temp to see if the XML file is created ? Sometimes, running hte XML backup multiple times will create multiple requests within the temp directory.
