I am using greenhopper, and I cant rank issues.

Did you include the Fix Version field on the screen in JIRA? Also, ensure that Fix Version field is not in a hidden mode which you can check this on Field Configurations page. Hi Davor,

You haven't mentioned if you're using the new Rapid Boards or the existing Planning/Task/Chart boards. Assuming it's the Planning board you will need to make sure that the project is configured with a ranking field. The easiest way to do this is configuring the project to use the Scrum template, the documentation for this is at:
