Is it possible to delete the photo of the author in the macro change history?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community. :)

Currently you cannot choose the columns displayed with the Change History Macro, what includes the profile picture of page contributors.

This might be possible on a page by page basis by using some JavaScript code, but it would require the HTML Macro to be enabled on your instance, which isn't by default.

Let us know if that's enabled and we can try to create something to help you on that.
