The change History is fixed and available in the BESA eQMS Draft, However once you approve the document and you check the Change history is the eQMS published space, the change history is no longer available and also it is not possible to include it or remove it manually in the setting section.
Hi Veronica,
Possibly, you are looking at the Change History app macro provided by us (SoftComply) - please, just got to Apps>SoftComply Change History>Update the app, then it should continue working seamlessly.
The background is that Atlassian has changed the Forge UI kit the app was previously using. We have implemented the change, but the users need to update the App to the latest version in their instances.
If you have any questions about this app or any other apps from our portfolio, you are most welcome to reach out directly: monika@softcomply.com
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Monika
Hello Veronica,
This seems to be a race condition issue between our App and Comala. If Comala loads first, then everything is fine, but if it takes longer than usual, the CHT macro won't find the required info. If you refresh the published page it should appear correctly.
It could be also related to https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/, there is a "Service Slowness in Multiple Products" issue on the Atlassian side that can contribute to this.
For any other query please contact us at info@softcomply.com

Welcome to the community.
Which macro are you suing for this, is this based of a 3rd party app?
I don't recognise this as an ootb function in Confluence.
