Change the State of Comala workflow

In the newer versions of Comala workflow, we can do following state transition.

Published --> Draft

How can we restrict this state transition only to page Author?

Just to clarify, are you asking how can you restrict the edit of a page to only the page author or are you asking who can view the Draft view?
