Hi Elena,
thanks for the answer. I am not sure, whether I have the permissions to install apps in my workspace, but if so, I will definitely try out the handy macros.

Hi @[deleted]
welcome to the Atlassian Community.
One question to start with: Am I assuming correctly that you’re using Confluence Server/Data Center? The tags point into a Cloud direction, but your version number into Server/DC.
If yes, then you could try to create a user macro as described in this blog post by Stiltsoft. They’re demonstrating how you can add parameters to a user macro. If you’re familiar with CSS, you can add a parameter for the color to it.
Or as the blog post describes, you could also get a marketplace app like theirs offering this functionality.
Cheers,
Matthias

Hi Matthias,
thanks for the Welcome, and yes, I am using Confluence Server. I think the tags were auto-generated, thanks for pointing that out. I will take a look at the Blog-Post, hopefully that will work. I will also see if i can install the App, but I am unsure if I have the permission to install Apps in the space I am working in.
Thanks a lot,
Luca
