Commenting on how a task was completed

Hi,

task management in Confluence is great, but how can I comment or drop a note on how a task was completed or what was the result respectively?  How could intermediate results be noted as long as a task is not fully completed?

Hi Georg, 

some teams have got a comment screen popped up for certain transitions (for example when closing a task). Your admins can include this when editing the workflow. You just need to create the screen which only includes the comment field and add it to the transition. The comments will be added to the comment section in your issue. 

Another thing is to chose from resolution options (i.e. fixed, won't do, dublicate etc.) when closing the task.
