Is there a way to compare the ready and published version of a document?
I am trying to find all the changes since the last publish of a document

When you say 'ready', do you mean a draft that is ready to be published?
If so, to view the changes made to the page in Edit mode, you can:
If you mean a previously published version, you can:
In both the cases the changes are highlighted as:

Thanks for the response. Yes I want to compare a draft that is ready to be published with its previously published version.
The history is the easier way but my problem is, I have no way of knowing the version if the page that was published. especially if the page has multiple changes after the last publish
