Confluence 4.0 management of stale content

I'm sure this has been asked before. . . can't seem to find a good solid answer however. . .

What's the best way (out--of-the-box and/or with additional plug-ins) to alert space admins and/or content authors that a page has not been accessed in a 12 months?

Is there a way to set a reminder to review and refresh content that have not been updated after 6 months?

Yes, Confluence Archiving Plugin 2.0.0 is compatible with the Confluence 4.x line!

Hi,

I do not know any automatism for that in confluence. We are managing this problem with labels. Pages that should be reviewed and refreshed get a label with the next review-date. You have to look at the labels manually. This is not very comfortable, but it works.

There is an archiving plugin (https://plugins.atlassian.com/plugin/details/123), but it is archiving every page which last update is older than a specific time period. The plugin removes the page from the original space and puts it into an archive space. But some pages don't have to be updated for a long time and are still up-to-date... So it's not the real solution for us.

The Midori Confluence Archiving Plugin isn't supported in Confluence 4.0. Does it work with 4.0?
