Confluence 5.6.1 install error

If I try to Install Confluence 5.6.1, it loads on the page Configure Database endless. What am I doing wrong?

We can go in two directions:  

1 - You can post your Confluence installation logs here (<confluence-install-folder>/logs/catalina.out) and we can try to help you with the troubleshoot here, or

2 - You can open a ticket at Atlassian Support, so we can further investigate your case.

Just two more questions:

• Are you installing Confluence as trial installation or production ?
• Are you using an evaluating key or another kind of key? 

Bear in mind that the evaluation key doesn't work with external database (SQL Server for instance) in the version 5.6.1 as you can see in the bug I mentioned before. Please, check the link I posted and try the workaround described there.

• If I press Next it loads endless

Hi Roman, 

Could you please provide some additional information, for example:

• Are you installing Confluence on Linux or Windows?
• Are you using the embedded database or external database?
• Could you post the error message?

I'm asking it because there's a bug related to this questions here.
