Confluence Backup Error

Hi, our confluence stops the backup with an error and I don't know what's to do.

Hello Frank,

This could be related to the JDK version, plugin, or available memory.

I would suggest first:

• Update your plugins or Enable the safe mode(in the Manage Add-ons page)
• Increase your memory, you see more information in here -> https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/How+to+fix+out+of+memory+errors+by+increasing+available+memory
• The last of all, update your JDK to the latest 1.7 version.(1.7_79 i guess).
  
  

I noticed that you use a low amount of memory. Try upgrade them to xms 1024 and xmx 1024 and maxpermsize 512. 

I noticed as well the following error:

• caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: javax.xml.bind.DatatypeConverter

However I couldn't find why this error is occurring.
