How can i do a confluence cloud backup?

I checked and i cannot find the option: Administration menu.

Adding to Manoj's solution, you can reach out to Atlassian to enable this at your end: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/create-a-backup-policy/ (if not already enabled). As per the documentation:

new backup and restore solution is available to a limited number of customers on the Enterprise plan through a closed beta program
