I see you already found this, since your question title is the same and I see your comment, but I'll include it for anyone else that requires this and happens upon this question.
We have the feature request below:
If you haven't yet, you can also click Vote for this issue as this helps is keep track of the number of users who would be interested in this feature.
For Confluence Server, there's a User Macro that can be created as a workaround. However, for Confluence Cloud, it's not possible to write a User Macro, and therefore there is no current workaround for Cloud. I can confirm that I am also not able to find a paid workaround for this.
