Confluence Cloud extremely slow since a few weeks

Our confluence cloud space is extremely slow since a couple of weeks. 

Often pages only open when refreshed a few times. Many times confluence reports 'page not found'.

Edit button not available, only after refreshing (multiple times) the page.

Anyone experiencing the same issues?

Thanks for the prompt answer.

Today the performance is fine, so I'm not sure if it was fixed on your side or if it is an issue that happens at times on our side. We did not see degraded performance on other websites though.

The url you mention is indeed the one that had the issue.

Let's see how things evolve.

Thank you for letting us know you're no longer having issues, Peter! We had an issue with a few Confluence sites only yesterday, but it's been resolved. I've checked and confirmed your site was not one of them.

If it happens again please feel free to report it on the site I linked on the other answer.

Hi Peter,

This will require the Cloud Support team to look through your server logs to see what is causing the slowness, as it's not happening for all of our users.

You can either raise a ticket on our support site or I can do so for you, but I need to confirm if the URL cas*******s.atlassian.net is the one with the issue.
