×Hi everyone,
I’m running into a strange issue with Confluence. One specific page consistently crashes whenever I hover over its link in the sidebar, right as Atlassian Intelligence begins generating the summary. On other pages, this feature works flawlessly and completes in under a second.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Tested across multiple browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox)
Verified that other pages load and summarise normally
Still, the crash persists only on this one page. Has anyone experienced something similar? Could this be tied to Atlassian Intelligence features, a corrupted macro, or something else under the hood?
Any suggestions or diagnostic steps would be hugely appreciated!
Thanks,
Arash Koohzad Mohammadi
Hi @Arash Koohzad welcome to the community. Do you know if other users in your instance experience the same behavior? If in the future you have other issues you can contact Atlassian Support directly.
I did find CONFCLOUD-82578 on Atlassian's Jira Site. Take a look at that. It kinda sounds like it may be your issue. If it is, please vote for and watch it for updates.
If it's not your issue, reply back and we can have Support weigh in on it.
Hope that helps.
Hey there @Arash Koohzad ,
The best way to troubleshoot this issue is to open a Support ticket as mentioned by @Dan Breyen . You can also test the Workaround in that Bug ticket.
Without Data Access approved, Atlassian Support has no way of accessing your Site contents and investigating what could be causing this.
