We are trying to get a full summary of our Confluence DC instance

Apps (Add-on) Usage

Pages and Child Pages names, usage, and macros in use

Is there a way to get that?

Information on which macros are being used can be found via the "Macro Usage" report:
Administration > General Configuration > Macro Usage.

For understanding app usage, that depends on what the apps do/provide. If the add-on provides new macros, that usage can also be found through the macro usage report. Outside of that, it really depends on what functionality the app provides to understand how it is used. To understand what apps are installed, you can view that through:
Administration > General Configuration > Manage apps.

With regards to Page/Child-page names... and the macros used on each page. I'd recommend making use of the REST API and script some type of auditing to automate reporting to get the exact information you need; in the format you prefer. Other than that, there may be an app already available which can help with this.

@Alejandro Ontiveros Alquicira Welcome to the Atlassian Community. I'm sorry for the belated welcome message.

You have posted on the Questions for Confluence collection - which is specifically for the Atlassian owned App - Questions for Confluence. I'll move your post to the Confluence Questions collection where more eyes will be on it and you should receive the help you are looking for.

Good luck!
