I want to know more about the East form creation in Confluence to create FORM which can be shared with Customer for basis information during Kickoff of projects

Are you refering to this app Easy Forms for Confluence? I saw that you use Confluence cloud, this app doesn't seem to support Cloud hosting so perhaps you could consider other similar Marketplace apps

You mentioned that this form is to be shared with customer, have you considered using Jira Service Management form?
