Confluence Email to Page system plugin

Our company would like to create a page/blogpost whenever an email is sent to a box. I saw on the system plugin's "Confluence Email to Page". I have the option to enable it. There is not any documentation on this plugin, has anyone used it?

Anyone have input on this? I can't find where to config a mailbox or the plugin... There is a plugin that sends email to page, but we aren't looking to spend more money if JIRA has this built in.

The system plugin is no longer supported
