Is it possible to generate page level private URL for one-time access in a private space for non-space users?
Use Case: Meeting notes documented in a private space, but would like to share with non-space members (because we don't want them to have access to all of space documents).
Can accomplish this but granting everyone access to the space, but manually restrict specific pages to specific groups. However, this is extremely time consuming in terms of content and site administration.
Thoughts anyone? Thanks!
Hi @Howard Kwong,
We've just released the new version of Share Attachments and Pages, which lets users share a live view of a page (changes are immediately reflected in the shared pages) or a snapshot (a picture of the page, exported as an attachment). This add-on generates unique URLS that can be accessed by non-Confluence users.
Regards,
Gorka

Hello Howard, that is a good candidate for a feature request, which can be raised within our issue tracker, since currently there isn t such feature. Maybe the meeting notes could be exported as a PDF directly from Confluence tools, to be sent ot the participants.
Alternatively, the meeting notes can live in a different space, and be included in the restricted one using the Include Page Macro.
Hope this helps.
