Confluence HTTP Status 503 – Service Unavailable by adding a comala workflow to a space

Hey, I have a problem to add a global workflow from comala workflows to a space. 

If I press the buttom "Add worfklow" in a space only a white window appears.

If I look into the frame source code you can see this: 

As you can see there are two links and if you click on it a new tab opens and you'll see this: 

Has anyone ever had this problem?

System Versions:

Comala Workflows 5.9.0

Confluence 6.11.2
