Confluence: How move an attachment ?

How can you move an attachment (e.g. PDF, Word doc) in Confluence from one page to another?

I want to move the attachment, NOT the whole page that includes the attachment.

And I realize I could link to the attachment from another page without moving it, but I want to move attachments as part of a clean-up and re-org effort.

The only method I've found so far is to download the attachment, re-upload it, then delete the original. Yuck, too time-consuming. Hoping there is a better way.
