Is there a way to configure a custom welcome page for Confluence Mobile users when login into the system

Hi Brian, 

There's currently a way for an Admin to modify the Experience your Users have when using either the Android or iOS Mobile Apps for Confluence. 

At this time, when a User logs in, they are taken to the "Your Work" view; similar to the Recently Worked on View through the Web.

If you can provide me with a bit more information for what you're looking to see as a "Welcome Page," I can create a Feature Request on your behalf with our Mobile Developers.
