Confluence - No longer displays edits

Lane Summers January 28, 2013

Very green to this product, so bare with me.

Confluence is no longer displaying document edits after a save. Changes appear to be lost. Also no longer able to add new documents. And when you do attempt to add a new document, the browse feature to find a location to save it to no longer has our various sections shown, instead it is blank. However, it does state that a change has been made in the header of the document.

Confluence has not been messed with recently, by we did recently upgraded Bamboo 3.4.2 to 4.3.3. During upgrade, we found that all our Atlassian licensing expired a couple days ago. We are in the process of getting a new licenses.

Could expired license be causing the issue?

Lost connection to database after bamboo upgrade?

PLEASE HELP!

IE9 compatability issue. Clicked Compatability view and now everything works as expected. Please close.

I just applied a trial key and restarted Confluence, unfortunately, that did not fix the issue.

Hi,

Yes, the lincese could be the cause of this problem. In this case you can update the license or create an evaluation license just to make sure it it's the root cause.

Also, if you're having problem even after updating the license I suggest you to create a support ticket and attach the confluence-log to better investigate this issue.
