Confluence Question Plugin Not Showing

Hi Guys,

I try to buy Confuence Cloud version and make a payment included question plugin but it doesn't show in my Confluence i have no idea about this. Is there any way to uninstall and re-install that plugin.

Did you buy this plugin through Atlassian Marketplace ?

What exactly are you doing on your side before trying to see the plugin ?

At a first moment, I recommend you to first ensure that you have the mentioned plugin installed on your instance by using this article to check the status of a plugin on Confluence.

If it is indeed there, then you can provide more information so we can assist you, else, it is just a matter of actually installing it from the Marketplace.
