Confluence Team Calendars - Using Start and End Date - events show multiple times on calendar

When using start and end date to display on calendar, the event is showing up both as a range and as a single event on the calendar view. Is there a way to just show the item once as  a range. 

Also, is there a way to suppress the field name being show for the date field? The date field name clutters the view.

Could you please provide a screenshot?

What settings for event do you use? I mean, Project/JQL/Saved Filter, do you choose Date Range etc.

Server or Cloud? If Server what version?
