I moved back from a docker to onPrem install yesterday and upgraded from 7.18.3 to 7.19.10 LTS, and see this under the User Macros:
This seems a bit wierd, the CONFLUENCE_HOME is the same, and all files has permissions set to the (new) Confluence user.
