Confluence User account issue

Confluence , User has been added to group but when he Login into his account he is again removed from all the groups to which he was added to.

There is one user which is added to Confluence admin groups, but when he login through his account. He is again removed from the group.

Please let me know what can be the root cause.

Are you using LDAP directories with "Copy users on login"? If so - make sure that the user is in the correct LDAP group.

I have checked the group Synchronization, which was not allowing me to update users under spaceific groups, i have unchecked now.

yes I have checked "Copy users on Login", How can i check user is in the correct LDAP group?? Can you please help me on this??
