Confluence Windows 64bit installer can't be launched on Windows Server 2016 Datacenter

I installed JIRA and Bitbucket with installer successfully. But when I was going to install Confluence with WIndows 64bit installer, I clicked the installer icon and the installation wizard was not shown. Nothing happened after I double-clicked the installer. It was strange. Please help to resolve it. Thank you!

Hi! Welcome to the Community.

I understand the Windows installer for Confluence did not launch when you clicked on it. Please try running the installer "as administrator" at the command line.

The Windows logs (Event Viewer) might have errors that indicate what happened when you clicked on the installer.
