I have an internal Confluence page and would like to get the issues using the Jira Issues/Filter macro from our developers Jira and create a Dashboard for my company.
Can this be done?

yes, that’s possible. Depending on how you want the dashboard to look like, you need to decide yourself if the Jira macro offers you enough options.
Alternatively, why don’t you build the dashboard within Jira?
