Confluence data center upgrade

Hallo,

we want to upgrade our Confluence Data Center 7.13 to version 7.19, but we can't find this version (7.19) in the upgrade plan, only the last version 7.17 was suggested, so we decided to upgrade in 2 steps to version 7.17 and then to version 7.19.

We did the first step and we are not able to upgrade to 7.19 (no more suggested version in the upgrade plan).

My question: should we only upgrade to the version recommended by Atlassian or can we only upgrade to the version we need with the installer?
