Confluence frequently cannot connect to atlassian.media server

Pictures (jpg) are not uploaded to our Customer Help Center.

Error msg.: Connection to Server failed

This issue occurs frequently.

Network Troubleshooting did not Show any issues with our internal Network, Firewall or Proxy.

Java Environment works fine anyway.

Sometimes Pictures that were already uploaded sucessfully are not displayed.

Does anybody know a workaround.

What is the browser and version you're using?

If there are any browser plugins/extensions, we suggest trying disabling them and trying again. Also, try disabling them and using private/incognito mode. 

Also, what are the steps you are following to upload the pictures?
