Confluence had problems starting up

Hello, confluence suddenly stopped working and there is an error like this:

Could not load bootstrap from environment
2020-08-12 17:29:16 fatal IllegalStateException: File corrupted in chunk 3218287, expected page length 4..192, got 0 [1.4.196/6]

 Let's see how we can get you back up and running on Confluence.

Could you let me know about the database that you're using with Confluence? What type of database is it, and what's the version?

Please also confirm with me your Confluence version, and if you've upgraded recently.

I did it as indicated in the article, unfortunately this did not solve my problem, can I do something else? I would be very grateful for any help
