Can you please provide the last statement of <confluence-home>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log file?

Did you upgrade the application?

This file should not be empty - please see How to Generate a New confluence.cfg.xml

Hello @PPGod ,

The error message mentions that there is a problem in parsing the configuration file. Check confluence.cfg.xml file in the home directory. It has probably been modified incorrectly and hence the error. Did you make any changes in this file? If you have backup, kindly revert or check here on how to generate new configuration file.
