Confluence has starting problems

When my Confluence starts, i get an error massage.
How can i fix this startup error?

it seems that you have an error on line one of your config file, so you should check, if there is something wrong.

It is probably the confluence.cfg.xml file in your Home-Folder.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

But where can I take an original cfg file for the change?
