Hello,
I install the Confluence on my server.
I worked in the program and create docs. all was good
But when I rebooted the server (or restart the confluence service) then the Confluence not started.
How to I can troubleshoot the situation, or do you can help me with the issue via TeamViewer please?
Thanks
Hi @Burlakov Eduard,
could you please attach your log in order to know where is the problem? Did you reboot your server without stopping you Confluence instance? Is your confluence service up?
Thank you for your answer
Could you please answer to me where I can find the log file or files? And what name does this file have?
I use the Windows server 2012 system
I tried to reboot the server with the stoping confluence service and without stopping confluence service.
So I tried stopping and starting the confluence service via *.bat files. But I got some result.

It seems a problem with your database. Which database are yo using? What version of Confluence have you installed? Maybe your database version is not compatible with your Confluence version.

we use the default database is H2.
I just wanted to migrate to MySQL. For this, I tried to reboot the server to make sure that is work. But there was a problem.
I did not change anything in the Confluence settings (in config files) I just rebooted the server for the test.
