Confluence page does not get latest JIRA status

David Frager (gmail) July 27, 2014

we are using Confluence 5.5.2, and I have created a Confluence page for a JIRA Report. I created this page, using the following Steps:

* Create Child Page

* Select "JIRA report"

* Select "Change log"

* Select Project and "Fix versions"

My page is created with the appropriate JIRA issues and their statuses.

If I go and alter the status of one of the JIRA issues, that status is not reflected back on to my Confluence page

After the steps above, try also turning off the gzip compression in JIRA. And see if that fixes it. One last thing to try would be creating the Application links from both apps again. Have you checked the logs from Confluence, that might give you a hint.

I would do the following:

  1. Reindex JIRA
  2. Enable and disable Confluence JIRA plugin
  3. Go to Confluence Administration>General configuration and uncheck "Compress HTTP Responses" and save

That should do the trick.
