Hello, everybody!
Could you help me, please?
One page of Confluence has 14 files, but we visualization only 5. When I got the Attachments, then I can get the 14.
Thank you!
Regards,
Débora
Hi @debora.mgodinho.ext ,
All files you upload to the page are attached to that specific page. Note that as soon as you upload the file, it will be attached and the same file can be found in the Attachments section. Even if you remove that attachment from the page editor, it will still be visible in the Attachments section. If you wish to completely remove the file, you'll need to navigate to the mentioned Attachments part of the page and click on 'Delete' next to the attachment name.
More on how to manage uploaded files can be found here: Manage uploaded files
My question here would be - do you want to remove attachments that are not visible on the page, or do you want to display them on the page (these additional 9 that are visible in the Attachments section)?
Cheers,
Tom
Thank you!
I want to display them on the page (these additional 9 that are only visible in the Attachments section).
Cheers,
Débora

@debora.mgodinho.ext You will need to download them from the Attachments page (unless you have the files somewhere else) and then insert them on the page where you want them. See https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/display-files-and-images/
With the cloud editor, you cannot insert files that are already attached to the page (but you can vote for and follow the related Jira ticket here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-65344).

@debora.mgodinho.ext our new app Attachment Manager by Easy Apps can help. Quickly see what attachment are associated with a page (or pages) and then filter by what is or is not visible on the page.
