Hi,
I wanted to create a confluence space, but it states the name of my company is already taken. When I navigate to the address (<name of company>.atlassian.net) I don't see any site. Is it possible to check if this site is in use, and if not to open it up for me?
Rg,
Wessel
So what i understood from your question is you want to have a Confluence site with your company name like: (<name of company>.atlassian.net).
I would recommend reaching out directly to Atlassian Cloud Support team as per their contact form: https://support.atlassian.com/contact
Thanks !
Hi @anshu02,
This is indeed what I'm trying to do. I will contact Atlassian support and see if they can do anything for me. Thanks!
EDIT:
Really weird though. When I try to contact them I thought I'd add the URL I'm looking to claim.. says this; And if I don't add an URL it says it will take longer for my request to be looked at.. Any tips??

Hey @wessel braakman
This one is SUPER irritating... instead of archiving an old Space so that people can see it once existed, someone has just permanently deleted it :(
Your Admin will be able to see it however there is no option to completely eradicate it from the system and use the name again... unless developers get into the nitty gritty of the programming and remove it.
Recommend you just give it a new naming!

@Andy - PTC Redundant thanks for your reply.
I guess I wasn't completely clear when asking my question, but @anshu02 described what I was trying to do accurately. I'm going to contact atlassian support :)
