Hi,
I have an issue with the confluence server mobile app on one device (Sony Xperia Z3 - Android 6) trying to connect to a self-hosted confluence (6.15.7).
After entering the URL the error "Something went wrong - We're not sure what happened, but logging back in should fix it" pops up everytime.
It makes no difference if connected to Wi-Fi or LTE. Rebooting and Re-Installing the app also does not change anything.
At the same time trying the same URL in the browser (chrome) works without an issue.
On other devices the app connects immediatelly, asks for credentials and just works.
I have no idea how to even troubleshoot further. Are there any logs for the mobile app?
Any help is appreciated.
Hi Carsten,
I'm not an Android or Confluence mobile expert but have you tried clearing the app's data. Even when uninstalling the app some data and settings are left in case you would reinstall later (if I'm not mistaken).
